About us

We are a Family from Bozen/South Tyrol who ended up in Udine for work. As enthusiastic skiers and sailors, this area is ideal for us, halfway between the mountains and the sea. The culinary richness of Friuli, which ranges from the high-calorie cuisine of the Carnic Alps to the meager cuisine of the plains to the tasty cuisine of the seaside, impressed us just as much as the wonderful wines from the Colli Orientali or the Grave del Friuli. We are happy to share these enjoyable moments with our guests.
