Residence San Bernardo

Our Residence San Bernardo is located in the extreme north-eastern area of ​​the municipality of Udine in the countryside - nevertheless it is only 3 km from the motorway exit Udine-Nord and 7 km from the downtown of Udine.
It is located in a former monastery from the 14th century, which was restored by the (South Tyrolean) owner family with a lot of love and respect for the architectural history of Friuli.

The property is located an approx. 2 ha large property  and 3000 m² garden equipped with pool, lawn, sunbathing area as well as table, chairs and sunbeds.

Beside us, our 2 royal poodles also live here, on the property behind the garden there is a riding arena, the pasture and horses, geese, cats, quails and our neighbor has peacocks, ducks, geese, chickens and a pony.

Located at the foot of the hills, you have a view until the mountains on the Slovenian border and the Colli Orientali del Friuli with its famous vineyards.

Cividale, Gorizia and Trieste are within a 45 minutes' drive and a day trip to the 

and the eternal beauty and charm of Venice are always worth a visit, from Udine very comfortable by train.

In the immediate vicinity there are star restaurants (1.5 km) as well as typical trattorias or agriturismi, in which not only excellent wines but also regional dishes are served at an excellent price / performance ratio.
